Clients reviews about County Bird Control

We had a gull problem on our dormer roof and tried a number of firms before finally deciding on County Bird and Pest Control — and we're so glad we did. Dean and Matt were exceptional from start to finish. They persevered through some challenging conditions; the windy weather and a couple of installation issues extended the completion date, but they never lost their focus or their good humour. The team were professional, reliable, and genuinely personable throughout the process. They offered clear options at a very competitive cost, and the quality of the finished work speaks for itself. We have no reservations and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for effective, well-managed bird deterrent work. ~ Steve T

County Bird Control did an great job restoring the exterior of my property after it had been heavily affected by pigeon droppings. The team were prompt, professional, and thorough from start to finish. They deep cleaned the pavement and side entrance to a very high standard, and the difference was immediate. They also installed bird-deterrent needles on my window sill, and the work was carried out neatly and securely. I appreciated how clearly they explained everything, and they took real care to ensure the area was left clean. Overall, their service was efficient. I would highly recommend County Bird Control to anyone dealing with pigeon problems or needing specialist cleaning. ~ Deborah

Very good service from start to finish. Dean was thorough and professional from his initial assessment though to completing the work. He was prompt in providing the estimate for the installation of a flat roof netting system to deter nesting gulls. He then offered a suitable date to carry out the installation shortly after and on the day the work was carried out to a very good standard, all the time keeping us informed of what had been done. The work looks very neat and tidy and I am confident will meet the requirements we requested. I recommend Dean to others seeking the same or similar prevention systems. ~ Tom U

We have had our Solar panels for 4 years and not had a pigeon issue until recently, so we had to seek out a company that could do the work for us. We found and made contact with Country Bird Control who responded to our request. Thankfully we were having some work done on the house and had scaffolding up anyway, but did have to have another level put up to ensure safe working for the guys. They came out and did a fantastic job to pigeon proof our installation. Excellent comms, very polite, worked safe and 5 year Guarantee supplied. ~ Mark H

We used County Birds after getting thoroughly fed up with pigeons perching outside our front door and leaving deposits just where we wanted to come in and out the house! I found Country Birds straightforward and easy to deal with from our first conversation and the job was done very efficiently. Nice guys to deal with who know what they are doing. The pigeon proofing is in place and I haven’t seen a pigeon in the problem areas since. Great job, satisfied customer and I would wholeheartedly recommend their services. ~ Amy S

Great service from start to finish. I had the issue with pigeons nesting underneath my solar panels. So i Googled for services that can remove the birds and nest and put the solar panel protection on to stop the birds coming back. So glad i came across County Bird Control and thank you to Dean and his team sorting out my problem. I was concerned maybe some cleaning would need to be done and was quoted for this but once they got on the roof they were very honest and advised it wasn't necessary! Thank you so much! ~ Richard M

Kent-Bird- Control-Services Phoned them up and they were here as soon as lock down was allowed. They did a great job, But unfortunately the Pigeons dont think so, they now have lost their home from under our solar panels and were not pleased. But we are and can now lay in bed till 8.30 instead of being woken up at 5 AM. Thank you Dean and son-in-law you both did a great job and from a word from the Pigeons " Kent-Bird-Control-Services we hate you cause you lost us our Home", and from me A great job well done Thank you so much ~ Peter L

We wanted to stop herring gulls from nesting again this year. (Last year we put up with 4am waking, putting a chick back in the nest, putting a fledgling back on the roof and being dive-bombed in the garden, so I feel we did our bit!) They had built up a mud base that would have damaged the chimney if left. We wanted to get in quick before they started a new nest. The guys were very quick to respond, knowledgeable, sensible quote, turned up when expected, great communication. Great job. Highly recommend. ~ jill b

Excellent experience - we needed a humane solution to two years of gulls roosting on our chimney pots terrorising us and the cat. Dean responded promptly, recommended a cage being built over the pots and even brought our appointment forward to a Bank Holiday, based on his knowledge of when the gulls were starting to nest. The work was carried out swiftly, professionally and with minimal fuss and good humour. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you, ~ RenaissanceBrighton

These guys did a fantastic job helping us deal with pigeons nesting under our solar panels. They made sure to wait until all the baby birds had safely left before installing mesh to prevent future problems, which we really appreciated. The work was carried out professionally and to a high standard, and the mesh has held up perfectly despite the strong winds we often get in our area. Excellent service all round. Thank you so much! ~ Nigel F

Great job from the team at County Bird Control. Communication was excellent from start to finish, they arrived on time, and the work was carried out quickly and courteously. The solution they installed on the chimney looks far better than others I’ve seen and is clearly a proper long-term fix. They even offered to remove an old TV aerial while they were up there, which was a nice extra touch. Very professional service – highly recommended. ~ Gary L

Chimney Cage Installed: I would recommend County Bird Control which are based in Kent but cover a wide area. Dean responded to all my communications without delay and gave a fixed price for the job. Dean and Matt arrived on the due date and only took a couple of hours to remove the seagulls nest and install the cage. All very efficient, but I did have scaffolding up. FYI, expect a small bit of drilling on chimney stack to fix the cage. ~ Peter F

These guys were a god send, I have had issues with two white pigeons trying to nest on my balcony for around 7 weeks, last two weeks have been so frustrating with constant chasing them off as I think the female may be ready to drop her eggs. I've been so anxious and with going away on holiday I had concerns with coming back to find pigeon babies on my balcony. They so kindly got me in for installation this same week that I contacted them and now I can go away tomorrow and fully relax. They have done a superb job of the netting on my balcony and as far as I can see they go above and beyond to really help. I am so very pleased with the work they have done, after being what I feel let down by another company who didn't contact me to arrange anything after quoting me I refused to keep chasing and these guys really came through for me. I thank both Dean and Matt (hope they're the correct names). I can report within 10 minutes of the guys leaving the culprit tried to come back but found they were evicted. Don't think twice seriously these are the guys you need to help with your bird problem. Thank you so very much! ~ Helen R

Dean was so helpful when I approached him to help with seagulls nesting on Mums roof. He explained all the different options available to us and took the time to explain the benefits to make sure we proceeded with the right option. On the day Dean arrived promptly and did a great job on securing Mums roof. Really reliable and highly recommended. Thanks again ~ Kevin T

Quick to reply to my original email and both Dean and Matt were very helpful with the follow up questions we had. There was pressure to get the work done ASAP and they went out of their way to ensure the timeframe was met. Installation of a seagull cage over our chimney stack was carried out professionally with little to no fuss. Would highly recommend using County Bird control. ~ Tommy F

We're really pleased with the bird post, wire & netting the guys put up on our flat roof. We live in an area with a high population of seagulls and they've been nesting on the roof for years so I challenged Dean to find an inconspicuous and effective solution. He not only found the perfect solution but they had the job done within a couple of hours - quick and tidy work! ~ Adrian L

Absolutely top class service..No more seagulls on my chimney for me 😀 The lads were polite friendly funny..their communication was brilliant from the very first time I contacted them they kept in regular contact. I would highly recommend them if people are having issues with seagulls on their chimney. They went above and beyond for me..Excellent work And one happy cat 😀 ~ Patrick W

We are really pleased with the service provided by Dean. We had protection fitted around our solar panels & also opted for wire protection to the top of our house to discourage the pigeons landing on our roof. This has been very effective & I am over the moon that we haven’t had any bird poo on our front path since they were fitted! Highly recommend. ~ Jesper F

We had several pigeons roosting under our solar panels. We contacted Kent Bird Control Services and they arranged for scaffolding to be put up on day 1, sealed the gap around the panels on day 2 and the scaffolding was removed on day 3. All went according to plan and we now get peace and quiet and a good nights' sleep :-) Very efficient. Thanks guys. ~ Nigel T

All I can say is NO MORE PIGEONS under our solar panels. I rung Kent bird control after they were recommended to me by the company who installed the panels. I got a very quick response from Dean with the price & with install date . They installed the new 25mm x 5mm mash around the bottom of the panels. Dean was Excellent, friendly and professional. I Would definitely recommend. ~ Priya P

Excellent customer service, great communication and first class workmanship, oh and the most competetive price. Pigeons became a real nuisance after a solar panel installation, Dean and his team sorted the problem in a very caring and compassionate manner with top quality materials. I congratulate myself on choosing the best service out there to control your bird issues. ~ Martin M

Excellent service, Dean and the team were quick to respond to my queries and offered a cost effective and practical solution to prevent pigeons perching on my roof and garage. We were booked in quickly and the day the bird spikes were installed, the work was done quickly with no problems. Would highly recommend! ~ Alistair S

Had pigeons decided to nest under our solar panels leading to them leaving droppings on our patio and our car. County Bird Control did an excellent job putting wire mesh all round panels. Birds came back for a few days to investigate but have now scarpered. Very happy and appreciate the 5 year warrantee included. ~ Peter C

I had County Bird & Pest Control in to fit some netting to my balcony to keep my cats safe on hot days. The guys were prompt in getting back to me and professional the whole way through. They did a great job and I can now have my balcony doors open without stress. Would recommend these guys to anyone. ~ Charlie M
